Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by FixitMax. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Repair Services
Due to the nature of mobile phone repairs:

Completed repair services are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If a repair is faulty due to our workmanship or a defective part supplied by us, we will:

Repair the fault at no additional cost, or
-
Replace the faulty part, or
-
Provide a refund where a repair or replacement is not possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
2. Warranty-Related Refunds
Refunds may be issued only if:

The fault is covered under our repair warranty

The issue is directly related to the part or service we provided

The device has not been damaged, modified, or repaired by a third party after our service
Physical damage, liquid damage, software issues, or customer-caused faults are not covered.
3. Diagnostic & Call-Out Fees

Diagnostic and call-out fees are non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with a repair.

If a repair is not possible after inspection, the diagnostic fee still applies.
4. Aborted or Incomplete Repairs
If a repair cannot be completed due to:

Pre-existing damage
-
Undisclosed faults
-
Parts unavailability
You will not be charged for the repair itself, but diagnostic or call-out fees may still apply.
5. Accessories & Parts (If Sold Separately)
If accessories or parts are sold without installation:

Unused items may be returned within 14 days for a refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Installed parts are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
6. Change of Mind
Repairs and services carried out with your consent are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, once the service has begun or been completed.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or warranty service, please contact us within a reasonable time and provide:

Proof of service or receipt

8. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days.
9. Your Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
